The 35135 with the Bell Surface probe is best used for taking measurements of any flat surface. Bell self-orients to a surface to give superior contact. Ideal for griddles and platens. With any surface measure, a small drop of oil or grease is recommended to aid in heat transfer to the bell sensor.

The AquaTuff 94003-K is NSF certified and waterproof - making it ideally suited for wet, steam-filled environments such as kitchens and processing areas. This thermocouple instrument has a Type K mini-connector and accepts a wide variety of Cooper-Atkins probe styles (probe not included). The 94003_K has an 1800 hour battery life and a 5 year instrument warranty.
