Completely Submersible, Dishwasher Safe, fully waterproof digital thermometer with a special calibration feature. Large (almost 1/2" high) digits make the display exceptionally easy to read. Features a fast (8 second) response time and accuracy suitable for use in food service environments. The stainless steel stem and head mean it's rugged enough to hold up in demanding professional environments.
